1. Dungannon Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals in Dungannon are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern for the Dungannon rental.

2. Dungannon Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Dungannon, you must:

Full payment and the security deposit are typically due on collection of the vehicle. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Violating Dungannon restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Dungannon

To the maximum extent permitted by Northern Ireland law, Dungannon Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the aggregate fees paid by you to Dungannon Vehicle Hire Services for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Dungannon Law

These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dungannon.

10. Dungannon Terms Update

Dungannon may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting on the Dungannon website. Your continued use of Dungannon services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
